Growth requires that we become aware of the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have kept us ‘stuck.’ My ultimate goal is to work collaboratively with you to develop strategies based on your needs and values to optimize your life. I will help you to navigate and manage issues associated with life transitions, relationships, self-worth, depression, anxiety, addictions, parenting, stress management, and chronic illness.
